# Lightning IP Open Office Day

Drop in, meet the team, see the network operations centre and ask us anything about your connection. No booking needed — just come by any time between 1pm and 4pm.

- **When:** 28 November 2026, 1:00pm – 4:00pm AEDT
- **Where:** Lightning IP Office, Albury NSW 2640

Once a year we open the doors. Come and see where your connection is looked after, meet the engineers and support team, and bring the kids — there will be a fibre splicing demo and plenty of cake.

## On the day

- Tours of the network operations centre every half hour
- One-on-one chats about your home or business connection
- Hardware on show: modems, phones and the gear behind the network
- Afternoon tea

No registration required.
