# Listening to your voicemail from another phone

How to check your messages when you don't have your own phone with you.

You can check your voicemail from any phone, which is handy if your phone is lost, flat, or you're using someone else's.

1. **Call your own mobile number** - From another phone, dial your full mobile number.
2. **Interrupt your greeting** - While your greeting plays, press *.
3. **Enter your PIN** - Use the PIN you created when you set up voicemail.
4. **Listen to your messages** - Follow the prompts as usual.

If you've forgotten your PIN, contact us and we'll reset it. For security, we can't tell you your existing PIN, but we can set up a new one.
