# Multi-site connectivity: keeping branches connected seamlessly

How multi-site businesses can consolidate connectivity without losing accountability.

Running two, three or a dozen sites brings a specific connectivity challenge: consistency. Here's how to think about it.

## The problem with treating each site separately

When every branch sources its own internet plan, you end up with inconsistent speeds, multiple invoices, and no single point of contact when something breaks.

## Consolidating without losing local reliability

Multi-site connectivity doesn't have to mean one internet plan for the whole business. It means:

- A single account and billing relationship across every site
- Consistent minimum speed and reliability standards
- One support number, regardless of which site has the issue

## Site-to-site connectivity

If your branches need to share systems — point-of-sale data, internal file servers, VoIP extensions — a private network link between sites can be more secure and reliable than routing everything over the public internet.

## Backup matters more with multiple sites

A single-site outage is inconvenient. A multi-site outage affecting several locations at once is a much bigger risk — we recommend a 4G/5G backup link at each site so one connection failing doesn't take a whole location offline.
