## A dedicated fibre connection for your organisation

Enterprise Fibre is designed for organisations that need high levels of speed, performance and reliability when moving their vital data. It's a different class of service from an nbn™ Home or Business plan: a dedicated, symmetrical fibre connection built to your site.

We deliver it over either nbn Enterprise Ethernet or Telstra Wholesale Ethernet Access, depending on what can be delivered at your site. Every site is quoted individually, and faults are escalated on the underlying wholesale product's process — generally faster than a mass-market service.

## From enquiry to go-live

We manage the build with the network operator and installers, so you have one team to deal with from start to finish.

1. **Tell us what you need** — Talk to our business team about your sites, speeds and uptime requirements.
2. **Site qualification and quote** — Every site is quoted individually, and some need a site survey before we can confirm the build.
3. **Build and installation** — We coordinate the civil and in-building work, consents and installers, and keep you updated along the way.
4. **Go live** — Your service is handed over with static addressing configured and an enterprise gateway ready to go.

## Enterprise Fibre done right

- **Amazing support** — No overseas call centres. Our 100% Australian customer service team have the skills and knowledge to keep you connected.
- **Unlimited data** — No bill shock and no unexpected throttling. All of our Enterprise Fibre plans include unlimited data.
- **Enhanced SLA** — Service levels follow the underlying wholesale product, with a rebate as the remedy if one is missed.
- **Static IP addressing** — Delivered over a point-to-point /31 with static addressing on request. We can also host your IPs on our network.
- **Enterprise gateway** — Get off and running with an enterprise gateway configured to suit your business.
- **Faster fault escalation** — Faults are escalated on the enterprise product's process, which is generally faster than a mass-market service.

> As a web agency, our connection to the internet is almost as important to us as the electricity powering our workstations. Being a long term customer of Lightning IP, when the team alerted us that we could get a direct fibre connection to our office with 1Gbps speeds it was a no brainer. They made the process easy, communicating with NBN Co and the Installers directly to ensure we were connected as fast as possible. Every issue we encountered along the way was promptly addressed and within a relatively short time we were enjoying blisteringly fast, uncontested fibre internet speeds. The massive capacity in our connection has made working remotely that much easier and more productive. I highly recommend the Lightning IP team to provide and manage your NBN services.

> Our business and our own customers alike have been using Lightning IP for the past 3 years now and I can honestly say that they are the best provider in the market, especially when you want a localised contact. The customer service they provide is top-notch, their network reliability is excellent, and the prices they offer are very competitive. Not to mention, they offer a variety of packages to suit any size business.

> How to review a business that smashes your expectations and leaves the best the competition can do in an archaic time? I waited 17 days for Telstra to deliver me a modem for my business and every time I called they had no progress. I decided I had enough, I call Lightning IP and within 30 minutes I had internet setup at my premises. Seriously ridiculous customer service. It's customer service you can get from small, privately owned business. If I could give them 50/5 I would.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is Enterprise Fibre different from nbn?

Yes. Enterprise Fibre is a dedicated, symmetrical fibre connection built to your site - a different class of service from an nbn Home or Business plan. We deliver it over either nbn Enterprise Ethernet or Telstra Wholesale Ethernet Access, depending on what can be delivered at your site.

Most small and medium businesses are well served by Business Priority nbn. Enterprise Fibre suits organisations that depend on constant uptime, symmetrical speeds and contracted service levels.

### What contract terms are available?

Enterprise Fibre is available on 12, 24 or 36 month terms, and you're committing to the service for that whole period. It's the only service we sell with a contract term - our nbn plans remain month-to-month.

### How long does an Enterprise Fibre build take?

Every site is quoted individually and may need a site survey. Build times are quoted per site and depend on the civil work involved, and access consents for civil and in-building work are usually the biggest cause of delay. We coordinate with the network operator and installers for you and keep you updated throughout.

### Is static IP addressing included with Enterprise Fibre?

Enterprise Fibre is delivered over a point-to-point /31, with static addressing available on request. We can also host your IP ranges on our network.

### What happens if a service level is missed?

Enterprise Fibre service levels follow the underlying wholesale product, and faults are escalated on that product's process - generally faster than a mass-market service. If a service level is missed, a rebate is the remedy.
