## Protection and peace of mind

## Stop toll fraud before it starts

### What is toll fraud?

Toll fraud is when someone breaks into a phone system to make expensive calls, often overseas. Our phone systems block suspicious access automatically and limit where and how often calls can be made, and our team monitors for unusual activity.

### What's the difference between Hot Standby and Disaster Recovery?

Hot Standby keeps a second system ready to take over if the main one fails. Disaster Recovery goes further, with a standby server in another region, so calls keep running even if a whole data centre is affected.
