## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need to tell callers that calls are recorded?

Generally, yes. Australian law requires callers to be told when a call is recorded. We can add a recorded announcement to your greeting or queue.

### How long are call recordings kept?

That's up to you. We can set a retention period, and archive recordings to your own storage for as long as your business needs them.

### Is voicemail transcription included?
