Lightning IP started as a regional business, and staying connected to the communities we serve is still central to how we operate.

Local sponsorships

This year we've supported junior sports clubs, agricultural shows and small business networking events across the region — not as a marketing exercise, but because these are the groups that make regional towns work.

Meeting our customers in person

Our team regularly attends local markets and community events to talk directly with customers, answer questions face-to-face, and hear what's actually working (and what isn't) about the service.

What we're hearing

The most common feedback we get isn't about speed — it's about wanting to talk to someone local who understands the area, rather than a generic call centre. That's shaped a lot of how we've built our support team.

Get involved

If there's a local event, club or initiative you think we should know about, let us know — we're always looking for ways to show up for the communities we serve.
