Nobody likes finding out about an outage by refreshing a support page every ten minutes. So we built something better.

What's new

Our network status page now sends automatic alerts the moment we detect an issue affecting your area — before most customers would even notice a slowdown.

How it works

  • Network monitoring continuously checks core infrastructure health across every region we serve
  • When an anomaly is detected, it's automatically cross-referenced against known faults and maintenance windows
  • If it's confirmed as a genuine outage, an alert goes out to affected customers automatically

Why this matters

Previously, outage awareness relied on customers reporting issues one at a time before a pattern became clear. Automatic detection means we often start working on a fix before the first support call comes in.

What you'll see

If you're affected by an outage, you'll get a notification with an estimated area of impact and, where available, an estimated resolution time — updated as the situation develops, not just a one-off message.

This is the first of several reliability improvements we're rolling out this year — more to come.
