There is no minimum term. All of our plans are month-to-month, so you are never locked in. You can upgrade, downgrade, suspend, or cancel your service at any time without penalty fees.
For most standard nbn connections (FTTP, HFC, FTTN), activation typically takes 2-5 business days after your order is confirmed. If you are upgrading from an existing nbn service, it may be faster. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process.
You can use your own compatible modem or router - just make sure it supports your nbn connection type. If you would prefer a pre-configured device that works straight out of the box, we offer a range of modem options you can add to your order.
