What is Enterprise Voice

Big-business phone features, without running the server

Enterprise Voice gives your organisation its own dedicated Yeastar phone system, running on a private server that Lightning IP manages for you. We look after updates, backups and security, so your team gets a full-featured phone system without the hardware or the upkeep.

It's licensed by the number of calls you make at once rather than per user, which suits larger teams and multi-site organisations. Every feature is included, from Smart Receptionist and the Call Flow Designer to contact centre tools and Power BI reporting.

What you get

  • A dedicated server, managed by us

Frequently asked questions

Hosted Voice runs on our shared cloud platform and is priced per extension. Enterprise Voice is your own dedicated phone system on a private server we manage, licensed by how many calls you make at once, with every feature included.

Instead of paying per user, your licence is sized to the number of calls that can be in progress at the same time. That usually works out better for larger teams where not everyone is on the phone at once.

Each channel carries one call at a time, so you need enough channels for your busiest period. We'll look at your call patterns and recommend the right number. See SIP Trunks.

Yes. Smart Receptionist is available as a monthly or one-off pack, and setup and help are included.

Hot Standby keeps a second system ready to take over if the main one fails. Disaster Recovery adds a standby server in another region, so calls keep running even if a data centre is affected. Both are paid add-ons.

Yes. We can move your existing numbers across, including 1300 and 1800 numbers.

We do. Lightning IP looks after the server, updates, backups and monitoring, and our local team handles changes for you.

Block not rendered

The block Consultation names the Nuxt component ServicesConsultationSection, which does not resolve to anything. The server log says whether that is because no component is registered under the name, or because the name is not in the configured allow list.

This notice is only visible on localhost and the dev site; on the live site the block is simply absent.
